Micromax today announced a new selfie-focused Android smartphone named Selfie 3 in India on Friday. The Selfie 3 smartphone is priced at Rs.11,999 and will be available on sale in the county starting today in all major retail stores. The Micromax Selfie 3 comes in Black and Blue color options.
The Micromax Selfie 3 runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS out of the box. The Micromax Selfie 3 sports a 16MP selfie snapper and comes with an LED flash for taking selfies in low-light conditions. There is a 13MP primary shooter at the back of the phone with an LED flash. The Selfie 3 is equipped with a 3000mAh capacity battery. The smartphone is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset processor with an Adreno 505 GPU.
There is a circular fingerprint sensor below the rear camera. The device features a 5-inch 1080 x 1920 Full HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on top. Micromax Selfie 3 smartphone has equipped with 3GB of RAM that helps in multi-tasking performance and a 32GB of built-in storage. The storage can be expanded further quite easily with a dedicated microSD card slot. Connectivity features offered by the Micromax Selfie 3 include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS with A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, and 4G VoLTE.
