After a lot of rumours, Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) in Vietnam. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) comes in Black and Gold colours. The device is priced at 6490000 Vietnamese Dong (approx Rs. 18258 / US$ 285) for the 4G version and is already on sale in the country.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) sports an 8-inch WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat and is powered by 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. The device comes with 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable using a microSD card (up to 256GB).
The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) features an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. The device packs a 5-megapixel front camera for video calling and selfies. The tablet measures 212.1 x 124.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 364 grams.
The device packs a bigger 5000mAh battery supports a single Nano-SIM card. The Connectivity options for the tablet include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, GPS + GLONASS / Beidou, Bluetooth v4.2, and 3.5mm jack.
